2011 was a big year. 2012 will be even bigger.

For myself, this image was one of the most inspiring photographs I took last year. This little girl flying her kite amidst the hundreds of other kites of every size and shape reminded me of the little boy and the sailboat in Vancouver back in 2010. This image was taken during the International Kite Festival on Long Beach in Washington state.

Here’s to another beautiful year, we’re in for a good one.
